• Event scheduling
• Email notifications
• SMS notifications
• WhatsApp messaging (where available)
• Customer support
• Premium subscription services

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

Certain Services require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
• Keep your contact information accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including:

• Photos
• Videos
• Invitation designs
• Wedding information
• Guest lists
• RSVP responses
• Messages
• Documents

By uploading content, you grant Indivites a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload any content you submit.

5. Guest Information

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide your guests' personal information, including names, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers.

By uploading guest information, you represent that you have obtained any necessary permissions required under applicable laws. Indivites processes guest information solely to provide invitation delivery, RSVP management, and related event services.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or premium feature, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees.
• Provide valid payment information.
• Authorize recurring billing where applicable.

Prices may change in the future. Changes will not affect subscriptions already paid for during the current billing cycle. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. SMS and Mobile Communications

If you choose to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to your account and requested Services. These messages may include:

• Account verification
• RSVP updates
• Wedding reminders
• Customer support
• Security notifications

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Your participation in SMS communications is also governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

8. WhatsApp Communications

Where available, Indivites may provide notifications and customer communications through the WhatsApp Business Platform. By using these features, you agree that:

• WhatsApp messages are provided solely to facilitate requested Services.
• You will not use WhatsApp messaging for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• WhatsApp communications remain subject to Meta's policies and terms.

Future services that provide dedicated WhatsApp Business numbers remain the property of Indivites unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
• Use automated bots or scraping tools without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy our software.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, templates, graphics, logos, branding, designs, source code, and content provided by Indivites are owned by Indivites or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our templates solely for creating invitations and event materials through our Services.

You may not:

• Copy
• Redistribute
• Sell
• Modify
• License
• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works

without our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers, including:

• Payment processors
• Registry partners
• Email providers
• SMS providers
• WhatsApp Business Platform
• Social media services
• Mapping services

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Indivites is not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Abuse our Services.
• Violate applicable laws.
• Threaten platform security.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indivites disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of:

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Indivites during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
